How do I book a pickup?

Does buying an empty box include shipping to the Philippines?
No. Shop prices cover empty boxes and supplies. Freight is quoted separately, based on your shipment and destination.
What can I put in my box?
Contact our team for the current prohibited and restricted goods list before packing. Do not pack dangerous goods, flammable items or anything prohibited by the carrier or customs. Rules vary by item.
How long does delivery take?
Transit and final delivery vary by sailing, destination, customs and local conditions. Ask the team for the current estimate for your shipment. We do not promise a delivery date before confirmation.
Can I send different box sizes in one collection?
Yes, contact the team to coordinate a mixed-size collection. The online form currently records one size per request.
How do I track my box?

Can I change or cancel my request?
